Visiting Policies & Hospital Guidelines

General Ward Visiting Hours

Daily: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  • Visitor Limit: Maximum 2 visitors per patient at a time. Others must wait in designated waiting areas.

  • Overnight Caregivers: Maximum 2 overnight caregivers allowed per patient.

  • Children: Kids aged 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Healing Environment: Please keep noise to a minimum to maintain a quiet, restful space for all patients.

  • Media Policy: Photos, videos, or unauthorized electronic recording devices are strictly prohibited without prior permission.

  • Location: Block C (next to the connecting entrance)

  • Facilities: Separate dedicated prayer rooms available for males and females.

  • Please ask our staff for assistance if you need help finding the location.

Outpatient Visit (Consultation)

To ensure a smooth registration process, please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

What to prepare

  1. IC/Passport
  2. Insurance/Medical Card (If any)
  3. Referral Later (If applicable)
  4. List of current medication
  5. Any relevant medical documents (e.g., X-rays, blood test results, etc)
  1. A brief summary of your symptoms (When did they start? What makes them better or worse?)
  2. A list of any allergies, past surgeries, or ongoing health conditions.
  3. Questions or concerns you want to discuss with your doctor.
  4. A notebook or your phone to jot down important medical advice.

💡 Tip: If you feel nervous or forgetful, feel free to bring a family member or friend for support or to help take notes.

Admission & Surgery Preparation

If you are scheduled for admission, we recommend packing the following essentials:

  • Personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.)

  • Towels & a change of comfortable clothes

  • Phone charger and essential personal necessities

⚠️ Important: Please do not bring valuables such as jewelry or large amounts of cash.

If you are scheduled for a surgery, we recommend you follow these important guidelines to prepare for your procedure:

  • Fasting: Strictly follow all fasting instructions provided by your doctor.

  • Documentation: Ensure all pre-operative tests and documents are completed and submitted ahead of time.

  • Transport: Arrange for someone to accompany or pick you up after the procedure, if needed.
